Booking & Payments

• A signed contract and non-refundable deposit are required to secure services

• Payment schedules will be outlined in your agreement

• Late payments may result in delays or cancellation of services

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Deposits are non-refundable

• Cancellation and rescheduling terms are detailed in your contract

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances (including weather, emergencies, or force majeure), we will work with clients in good faith to find reasonable solutions

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate event details

• Communicate changes promptly

• Ensure access to venues and vendors

• Adhere to venue rules and regulations

Changes to Services

Any additions or changes to services may be subject to availability and additional fees.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, designs, and materials are the property of OneClick and may not be used without written permission.

Unless otherwise agreed, OneClick may use non-identifying images from events for portfolio and marketing purposes.

Liability

While we take great care in our work, OneClick is not responsible for:

• Acts or omissions of third-party vendors

• Losses due to circumstances beyond our control

• Guest behavior or venue restrictions

Liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

You agree not to misuse or reproduce website content without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state/province of Indianapolis
