Refund Policy

 

At OneClick, we devote significant time, preparation, and care to every event we take on. Because our services involve advance planning and reserved dates, the following refund policy applies.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your event date and reserve time and resources that become unavailable to other clients once booked.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled event date

  • Only payments beyond the non-refundable deposit may be eligible for refund

  • Any work already completed prior to cancellation is non-refundable

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date are not eligible for refunds of any kind.

Payments & Services

  • Payments made toward services already rendered are non-refundable

  • Refunds are not provided for completed planning work, consultations, design services, coordination, or event execution

  • Once an event date has passed, no refunds will be issued

Cancellations

If a client chooses to cancel services:

  • All deposits remain non-refundable

  • Any outstanding balances for work already completed remain due

  • Refund eligibility is determined based on timing, scope of completed work, and contract terms

Specific cancellation terms may be further outlined in your individual service agreement.

Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change.

  • Requests to reschedule are subject to availability

  • Deposits may be transferred to a new date at our discretion

  • Additional fees may apply if rescheduling requires additional work or changes

Force Majeure / Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of circumstances beyond either party’s control (including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies), OneClick will work with clients in good faith to explore reasonable solutions. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Third-Party Vendors

OneClick is not responsible for refunds related to third-party vendors, venues, or service providers. Any refunds from those parties are subject to their individual policies.
